Fairly clean venue and really helpful employees. Brand-new rooms with comfortable beds, free Wi-Fi. Scrumptious and amazing breakfast with a good choice of good foods. Perfect and very special location in centre of town in a relaxing area. A 4-6 minute walk from Stadhuis Middelburg and other tourist attractions.

The room was stylish and beautifully decorated, with French windows that opened up to a furnished terrace. The location of the hotel in the scenic Old Town Centre was perfect, with a beautiful church nearby. The staff at the reception were friendly and gave a personal introduction to the room. The breakfast, served by the duty staff member, was delicious and offered enough variety. The comfort level of the hotel was outstanding.
The room lacked a telephone, which could be an inconvenience for those needing privacy for phone calls. The bed in the room had a narrow gap between the foot and the wall, making it a bit difficult to maneuver around.

Well, it was a nice stay on a business trip. The room was beautifully designed and had a great view of garden. Could use a small mini fridge, a writing desk, and tea/coffee. The breakfast was lovely and outstanding, the check in was quick. The location was great, and we could reach Abdijkerken by walking.

I had a comfortable stay at The Roosevelt in Middelburg. The room was beautifully designed with a large, comfortable bed and a great shower. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast served at the table was excellent and added a special touch to the experience. The hotel's proximity to the Abbey and the comforting sound of the abbey clock chimes through the night were lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

It had very central location close to Abdijkerken. The rooms were functional and unique, had shower facilities, a hairdryer and a bidet. The breakfast was scrumptious and the parking was nearby.

The breakfast was delicious and served in a cute little way. The location was great, right in the heart of everything we wanted to do. Plus, they offered us two complimentary drinks upon arrival which was a nice touch.
The room was a huge disappointment. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were like rocks, and the a/c barely worked.
